What is your favourite replacement of Windows Explorer for managing files?

Yes, I am aware of the fact that there many Explorer alternatives out there

but I'm looking anything similar to Explorer++

I like it, but it does not offer any grouping options in neither XP or Vista when I use

Thanks in advance

Oh, and I'm only interested open source/freewares, no sharewares please, I already know some of the shareware alternatives to Explorer++
