this is a bit of a specialty question.

I bought and played a DVD game called Who wants to be a millionaire, it has some interesting stuff:

  • Selection between 1-4 players.
  • Randomness.
  • Score keeping.
  • Knows when you have used up a feature such as "Call a friend" which you may only use once during the game.

It got me thinking that I would like to create something similar and give out to friends. Which free tools could I use? And how? Any other tips? I'm not adverse to programming.

I won't at this point, feel free to use administrative privileges and change it if you like. But as long as it's my decision I'm keeping it this way. I do have some reasons: a) There will be a severely limited list of tools which may be used. b) Knowledge about them to doing something this advanced will be even lower. I do not think that it qualifies as equal to "Where can I find information about programming?". In fact, given a and b I'll be surprised if I get any satisfactory answer at all, as it's such a specialized question. – Deleted Aug 21 '09 at 0:25

This is a question asking for a way to do what is being asked. This should not be Community Wiki since it can conceivably have a single correct answer (or very few). – TheTXI Aug 21 '09 at 2:42

I've never tried the software, but it seems that you could do this with DVD-lab or DVD-lab PRO.

Here is a tutorial: Create a Quiz on DVD for training or testing purposes.
