Access L2TP over IPSec VPN using OpenVPN on Mac?

Is this possible? To connect to L2TP VPN using OpenVPN on Mac?

OpenVPN only supports the "OpenVPN" protocol. You cannot use it to connect to L2TP/IPsec networks.
