When I connect my Nokia mobile phone using Nokia PC suite 6 it gets connected, but when I try to use ONE TOUCH ACCESS it shows no modem found and also shows "make sure you have installed cable driver software". Can anyone help me to find out what could be the problem and provide me solution?

@MaxMackie: i use windows vista. Mobile Model Xpress music 5610, pc suite version 6. i would like to add that if connect with the bluetooth ,modem is getting detected, but if i connect with the USB cable, modem is not gettiong detected – Praveen Apr 26 '11 at 4:45
