I used to connect to a Windows server using mstsc(remote desktop) from Windows. Now I want to connect to the same with my Ubuntu system.I tried with rdesktop.
But it giving some error.Do I need to do something else in my Ubuntu system to connect to a Windows server using remote Desktop method..or any other software??

Any help would be appreciated

Well since we don't know what your exact error is here is a how-to by which you can achieve what you want to do.

Your problem could be anything but I would suggest looking into your network first and making sure that you don't have blocks to your server like firewalls, etc. Please do post your error details and then possibly you could have a more helpful reply
