System restore was turned off on acer\c drive and I have tried everything I can think of to turn it back on to no avail. help!!??

I am referring to the main restore feature on acer(F12). I have attempted to reboot, to restore, and any other "re" I could think of. – Colleen M. Evans Apr 29 '11 at 18:59
