How do I change a VZO record file to a standard video file?

I tried using Format Factory and All-in-One Video Converter with no success.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do?

What program did you use to create this VZO file? It's not a format I am familiar with.... – Mokubai Apr 29 '11 at 19:03
I believe it is a file from the VZOChat application, but my Google-fu could be misguided. – Justin Pearce Apr 29 '11 at 21:15
