I'm looking to replace one of the two 500GB drives in my 17" XPS with an SSD. I was thinking of this one ( http://ncix.com/products/?sku=56783 ) but I'm not sure what size drives are supported. I see that Dell offers a HDD caddy but do I need that to install an SSD in it? I realize it will take the 2.5" form factor SSD's but are there any height requirements?

I know the 128g kingston will work in the L702x so I assume this one would too. Not certain about the height requirements. – Blomkvist May 4 '11 at 18:31
