Don't think this is different from "I have a command-line only Linux machine with a good internet connection and want to backup online". Not voting to close. – Daniel Beck May 5 '11 at 18:14

Unless you're a student or researcher there's no free service for this that I'm aware of.

There's always EvBackup

I've never used them, but it sounds like rsync.net could serve your needs (not free, but very reasonable).

Its very very costly , Evbackup is way cheaper . ihave 100GB of data – Moorage May 6 '11 at 1:50
@Moorage - 80c/gb is actually fairly reasonable. EVBackup is cheaper, but I wouldn't say "way" cheaper. – Mark Henderson May 8 '11 at 23:04

You can try tarring and then mailing your backups to a gmail account. Which provides quite a bit of storage. You could also try using Dropbox
