Can anyone recommend a software with a GUI that can be set to bulk rename multiple files in a specified ZIP file (and preferably RAR and 7Z too) and then extract them (for Windows 7)?

The software's renaming functions should have a 'prefix' option, where a specified text will be prefixed at the names of all the specified files in an archive file, and preferably with 'replace' and 'suffix' functions too. I am looking for something like Renamer or Bulk Rename Utility (and with similar file renaming GUI) but can also bulk rename multiple files in an archive before or after they have been extracted.

Edit: Modified post to mean that I'm looking for a software with a GUI

The simple unzip command line tool, which is part of Cygwin, can extract a file to standard out. So you can extract each file of an archive into a file with a name you define on your own.

Create some files (text and binary):

echo eins > 1.txt
echo zwei > 2.txt
dd if=/dev/urandom bs=32 count=1

Zip them together:

zip 1.txt 2.txt

And extract them into new files with a prefix:

unzip -lqq|cut -b29-|while read OLD ; do unzip -p "$OLD" > PREFIX"$OLD" ; done

After this you have the files extracted into files with different names:

$ ls -l
total 28
-rw-r--r-- 1 szi szi 5 May 6 17:09 1.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 szi szi 5 May 6 17:10 2.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 szi szi 5 May 6 17:23 PREFIX1.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 szi szi 5 May 6 17:23 PREFIX2.txt
-rw-r--r-- 1 szi szi 32 May 6 17:23
-rw-r--r-- 1 szi szi 436 May 6 17:11
-rw-r--r-- 1 szi szi 32 May 6 17:11
