Best opensource FTP software?

Hi, I have Windows Server 2003 and want it work for me as FTP server and can FTP on it from other system, what FTP Server should I install on it, or windows server itself has any Ftp server(use application) on it?

Well, the proper answer here would probably be to enable IIS with FTP. I wouldn't say it's a dupe then. Some other day someone might come by and look for how to set up IIS with FTP and be at a loss. – Joey Aug 23 '09 at 10:41

I've used filezilla quite successfully, it's nice and easy to set up and doesn't use many resources.
