Hi I want to setup a windows 2003 server with following features:

  1. data backup service with automatic synchronization
  2. virtual drives for each user
  3. data security (means no one can delete files once copied except admin)

Any help suggestion will be appreciated.

This requires a lot more info than you have given. Synchronisation to where? Is this an internal service to users of a business, or an external cloud-type service you intend on providing? What I will say though is that if you're dealing with other people's data and you're asking how it is best secured, then maybe you shouldn't be engaging in this sort of thing and should call in some people who do this all the time. – Ben Pilbrow May 20 '11 at 11:53
