The extensions in Firefox almost never completely uninstall. Always there are traces of configuration left (much like Windows) and this is annoying.
The solution I find is to create a new profile and transfer bookmarks to it and so everything again.
Please tell any solution to this problem.
Also Other Question this might look to have answered the question but many of the steps do not apply with the recent version of Firefox which is 4.0.
