I'm in the UK, I get this message viewing this youtube video clip. I'd like to download the clip, but youtube-dl can't and neither can keepvid.com

Firstly downloading content from Youtube is illegal. Check here on their forums for confirmation. Secondly even watching what you want to in this case is breaking copyright laws in the country you're trying to do it from.
