Firstly downloading content from Youtube is illegal. Check here on their forums for confirmation. Secondly even watching what you want to in this case is breaking copyright laws in the country you're trying to do it from.

Concur. Just because I suspect most of us will agree that said copyright laws are more than a little ludicrous, they're still laws. – Shadur May 30 '11 at 11:37
