I updated the Catalyst suite from 10.3 to 11.5. After rebooting the monitor connected to the DVI port (some 46 inch screen) just shows black.
If I connect a VGA-cable to the monitor and reboot it works.
To correct this I attached another monitor (to the DVI-port) which works. I restored Windows 7 (32 Bit) to the state before installing the new suite. The DVI-port and monitor work with the old driver.
The graphics card is an ATI HD 5750.
What can I do about this? I need a 11.x Catalyst in order to use one of the more recent APP SDK's provided by ATI.
