I'm trying to decide between the following two memory sticks from newegg:

anyone with good reasons for picking one over another?

Since the specifications are the same, this is essentially a subjective question. You are likely to get different responses based on people's impression of either brand. – user55325 Jun 2 '11 at 1:50
