For Outlook 2010 on:

  • Windows 7: c:\Users\user name\AppData\Local\Temp\Outlook Logging
  • Windows XP: c:\Documents and Settings\user name\Local Settings\Temp\Outlook Logging

Welcome to Super User! Generally we like answers on the site to be able to stand on their own - Links are great, but if that link ever breaks the answer should have enough information to still be helpful. Please consider editing your answer to include more detail. See the FAQ for more info. –  slm May 2 '13 at 13:01

It goes to the location specified for "Temp". The default is as quoted above but if you have altered the "Temp" location, the logging is in the new location.
