In my office a server 2008 SP2 os running in dell server and also running exchange server 2007 exchange server sp3. Now I want to upgrade exchange server 2007 to 2010. So how could i configure ex2010server ?

What are you actually asking here? It is very difficult to tell what you need to do. What do you need help configuring?
