We have a newly built Windows XP SP3 PC, with Citrix Online Plug-in (Web):

When the user logs into our Citrix webpage and clicks on a shortcut to open Word, two copies of the application are launched, with Document1 & Document2 opened.

We have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin, and the only difference is that now Word opens 1 copy of the application, but Excel opens two, with Book1 & Book2 opened.

I have tested the plugin on many other PCs, and we do not have this problem, so it is PC-specific.

Any suggestions?
