Having some issues with find and replace in word 2007. User has a document which they use as a template. There are several different sections to the document and although the header is the same throughout the footer does change between sections. When the user tries to use find/replace for the term located in the footer of ever page and replace it with the date they performed the review Word will go through the document and replace some of the entries, at best, or none depending (and depending on what I do not know!).
This is driving me nuts as no matter what combination of search I run it does not seem to pick up things in the footer correctly. Any help greatly appreciated.
