I am a n00b when it comes to cellphones, and I apologise in advance if this is not the right forum for this question, but this is what I want: a cellphone that I can use to go online using my home's wi-fi (802.11 b/g/n) and make skype calls. Preferably I want a phone for which a native skype app is available. Forgot to mention: I prefer a windows phone 7, but open to any and all feedback/answers.

To emphasise - I won't be using network of my cellphone provider to go online.

Any Android phone will do what you need. The Skype for Android app is available here
