I'm using Microsoft Excel for Mac 2011 14.1.0 (on Mac OS X 10.6.7.).

What I'm looking to do, is paste a column of single row data into a column with cells that are 3 rows high each. I want each data point to take up one cell (three rows tall). I want the data on the right pasted into the first column on the left spreadsheet - http://cl.ly/1R3O1g0a3g3g0Y0v3u2Z

What is the easiest method to do this? Is having merged cells going to mess up any further analysis I try to do on this spreadsheet?
