I am looking for an application to monitor memory usage of a program. Since the memory usage depends on the UI interactions, I would prefer an application that would display a small window that can be pinned on top of an application thereby making real time monitoring easy. Any such application around? I know of Process Explorer, but it can't be viewed alongside the running application.

What's wrong with Process Explorer? Options -> Always On Top. Options -> Tray Icons. – Mike Fitzpatrick Jun 10 '11 at 4:40
