This answer describes a method of converting exported frames of an SVG animation to movie formats:

Convert animated SVG to movie

However, it does not explain how to get the frames in the first place. How do I use Squiggle to export the animation as a series of frames?

I think it has to be done manually and with careful timing. I.e. set up the animation to proceed very slowly, and then manually take a screen capture or export each frame as PNG as the animation cycles. Not 100% sure though. – posfan12 Jun 29 '11 at 1:45
