I have installed Ubuntu 10.04 from Windows using the Windows Installer provided by Ubuntu. Then I tried to update to 10.10 and installed the GRUB loader that came with 10.10.

Now I can't see either Windows or Ubuntu in the boot loader, and get the message GRUB rescue.

I cannot boot Windows or Ubuntu. Now I'm on a live CD of Ubuntu 10.10 and I want to reinstall the GRUB bootloader so I can boot.
