Our users are being prompted for the Administrator password when plugging in their USB drives. They are logging in as Power Users on Windows XP.
The things I've tried are:
- Adding read/write permissions for Everyone to USB.inf and USBStor.inf
- Adding permission for Everyone to 'Load and unload device drivers' in
Group Policy/User Rights Assignment
Does anyone know a way of enabling all users to use USB sticks without being prompted to enter an Administrator password?
