I use Mozy. Have used it for over a year now. Very reliable. I used it for about 4 months as the free version, but now extended it to the paid version. I had a Credit Card expire, and they switched me back to free as I forgot to update the details. I could still access all of my files. Just wouldn't let me upload more.

Very happy with their service
