I really need this program. It works at windows 7 x64 (version 4.1.138) but not at particular machine I work on. When it starts - different than default - this dialog appears:

Also there is a problem when I click on icon try with right mouse and select 'properties' ... that cause error: "NetExtender GUI client has stopped working". When I debug it with VS2010 such exception is given:

Unhandled exception at 0x0041e981 in NEGui.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000.

Any ideas what can cause that problem? (some 3rd part software or configuration)
