can you give us any more info of the Soundblaster Card (if, that is, what SB stands for)? – tombull89 Jun 20 '11 at 14:56

Also, have you tried, uhm, creative.com? – slhck Jun 20 '11 at 14:57
If you are looking for Soundblaster Live drivers try the Creatve download site: support.creative.com/Products/Products.aspx?catid=1 – Linker3000 Jun 20 '11 at 14:58
Is this an OEM SB live card? – Moab Jun 20 '11 at 15:32

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.

If you mean the old SB LIVE! here, I'm afraid it is very difficult to get a driver, because there is no up to date version of it. I read about an open source project for this when I tried to install it on my machine, but I never got it to work. Maybe you better have a look at sourceforge then at the creative homepage. Also I've heard rumors, that you can order an old driver CD.

Here is a direct download to that card from the manufacturer's site:

http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=1&subCatID=206&prodID=4857&prodName=Sound Blaster Live!&subCatName=Live!&CatName=Sound+Blaster&VARSET=prodfaq:PRODFAQ_4857,VARSET=CategoryID:1

In general, there are many driver download sites, and this is one of the very best:

You may have to register, but it is free.

Look on the back of the card for a SBXXX you can then search for that number on the download site and find the correct driver. This may require taking the sound card out of the computer. – Sean Jun 20 '11 at 18:44
