Having problems with Outlook 2010

Question

I am running Outlook 2010 and have several problems with it, these are as follows:

1. Since updating to the new Outlook Connector, Outlook refuses to connect with hotmail
2. Trying to change settings for connector accounts brings up an error message saying the account has not been configured correctly and wil lnot allow any amendments
3. I have deleted the affected accounts and tried to reinstate them but get an error message stating that the 'requested action cannot be performed' and will not allow me to do anything
4. Business Contacts Manger keeps removing itself and wont allow me to get it back without performing system restore
5. I cannot open Outlook 2010 as administrator, the option is not available, despite being logged in as admin, and I cannot select it in properties as it is greyed out

All this has been put on Microsoft forums but I have not recieved any useful suggestions or help.
