Tutorials for HandBrake?

Question

Does anyone know of any good HandBrake tutorials? I'm new to video encoding in general and could use the help.

I'm running Windows 7, but since this is a community wiki, we can list any that we have.

as an FYI, you can still use VLC for libdvdcss, like you can on mac: https://forum.handbrake.fr/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=16670#p78021
