While working on this i have four questions as below `

1>In our product documentation it is written that "If your local security measures require, you can change the user account and password under which the main Server services run. You must ha`ve Administrator privileges to change the service account. Note that the main Server services cannot run using the local system account". Here my question is what is local system account?can we see it in MMC node Local Users and Groups

(2) Anybody can rename the ADMINISTRATOR account without adversely affecting any other environment like servermanagementcontrol?, that means if product installed with the exisiting account ,if we rename ADMINISTRATOR account will it make any problems with product ?? In my knowledge yes it will work if it has admin privilege, is it rite? This is the procedure i will do to rename account Controlpanel->Administrativetools->ComputerManagement->LocalUsersGroups->Users->Select the administrator account->Rightclick and rename it I hope this is the easiest way and generic for all type of OS,is it?

(3) Can one disable the ADMINISTRATOR account and define a new administrator account with the same privileges and GROUP participation as the default ADMINISTATOR account without adversely affecting any other environment like explained in question 1.

In my understanding yes we can disable this is the procedure Controlpanel->Administrativetools->ComputerManagement->LocalUsersGroups->Users->Select the administrator account->Rightclick properties and disable it. and then create new accout like this way Controlpanel->Administrativetools->ComputerManagement->LocalUsersGroups->Users->New user and add it in to Administrators group also Is this procedure is correct?

4>Will service processors work with Local acounts

Frankly what you are telling your customers to do with regards to changing administrator account and service account is begging for a law suit because you are going to cause other things to break. Have them create a new account and give it the appropriate privileges. Your document is getting too much into system administration without guaranteeing that someone is on site, who knows the ramifications. – KCotreau Jun 28 '11 at 14:40

My advice: Hire a network consultant to help you write your manual. I do not wish to advise you on a matter that is going to cause innocent customers GREAT pain. You are clearly in WAY over your head, and you are going to cause downtime at somebody's business. – KCotreau Jun 28 '11 at 14:50
@peth In hindsight, I can see that. Good point. – KCotreau Jun 28 '11 at 16:40

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.
