Where can I find free sound level meter software for Windows?

I've found Jade Noise but it's not compatible with Windows 7 64 Bit.

Try the free metering software from Orban (they are one of the leading broadcast processor manufacturers). It will simultaneously show meters using CBS, ITU BS.1770, VU, and PPM ballistics. Though it does not specify it runs on Win 7, I've ran it in Win 7 64 bit without problems. It can be downloaded at Orban's web site
