When running Trinity Rescue Kit as a live disc, it looks for eth0 and eth1 at boot, but makes no attempt to see wlan0. After Trinity loads, calling ifconfig from Trinity's command line reveals only eth0 and the loopback. Can Trinity be made to detect the wireless nic?

The point of this exercise is to be able to update virus definitions to RAM when a wireless connection is the only option available.
