Been struggling finding an answer on this topic for a few days now, I"m just curious as to how one would go about forcing either the shell (putty) iself, or the text-browser links to output Cyrillic characters from a bulgarian website as opposed to ASCII "translated" characters.
I assume it has something to do with either UTF/encoding but, alas, i have had few, if any, moments of experience where I would have been forced to use either of these.
FOr an fyi moment: I did actually attempt to change the global settings of the shell to run UTF-8 and WIN1251 however, this lead to absolutely nothing in the path of getting an answers...
