It's the same scenario we all have when accessing an unsecured wireless network that has a web-based authentication/accept TOS roadblock. What website should I attempt to visit that won't send any cookies (3rd party too) over the air?

The reason I ask this is because you often have to attempt to visit a website to get the wireless network to redirect you to their roadblock/TOS.

After I accept the TOS, etc, I always turn on my VPN to encrypt all traffic, but I can't do that until after I've attempted to visit a website in my browser. Are there websites out there that are guaranteed to not have any cookies, ever? Even sites that don't require a login often have Facebook and other social media JavaScript files that can leak cookies.

Yes, I know I could turn on Private Browsing mode, but you can't do that (afaik) until after you've opened your web browser, which for me saves my session and would reload webpages.

Did you just want a directory of sites that don't serve cookies? Or can you rephrase this into a more pointed question? – random Jul 12 '11 at 21:51
I want at least one website that is guaranteed not to leak or have any cookies, ever. I don't think this question is vague at all. – Ryan Doherty Jul 12 '11 at 21:55
Here you go: sstatic.net – random Jul 12 '11 at 22:01
Host your own website with a simple HTML document. You can then point to that site whenever you need to make an initial communication. Your local ISP for home should have such free services. – kobaltz Jul 12 '11 at 22:37

It's difficult to tell what is being asked here. This question is ambiguous, vague, incomplete, overly broad, or rhetorical and cannot be reasonably answered in its current form. See the FAQ for guidance on how to improve it.
