I'm currently thinking about changing my keyboard(Microsoft Comfort Curve 2000), before I had a Microsoft Ergonomic 4000(great keyboard, besides the horrible spacebar).

Over the time I started using vim and the the arrow keys with the numpad became more than useless.

I thought completely about giving up the mouse and use a trackpoint, but had little experience with that kind of keyboards.

Few keyboards I have in mind

Lenovo ThinkPad USB Travel Keyboard with TrackPoint - UK/English the only one with a trackpoint.

Microsoft Arc Wireless USB Keyboard for PC and Xbox 360 the best from an ergonomic standpoint.

Genius LUXEMATE I200 Compact MM Keyboard is very cheap.

White Bluetooth Wireless Keyboard for Apple iPad Macbook iPhone 4 iPhone 3GS/3G PC Sony PS 3 I was told Apple keyboards are quite good.

So the question is will the trackpoint be able to replace the mouse? If not which of these three compact keyboard is the best? Also if you know any other compact and more ergonomic keyboards than this ones, please do share.
