I just got Microsoft Outlook 2010. Is there any way to send an open word document without having to send as an attachment? This is something I do many times a day & with most of my clients, it would be easier for them if they can see the email message without having to open an attachment.

Ctrl+A -> Ctrl+C -> switch to Outlook -> Ctrl+V – Sathya Jul 17 '11 at 16:20

Thank you Sathya. I have been doing it that way. I guess I just miss the SEND button in the previous Outlook. – susan Jul 17 '11 at 18:25
