Henry, it matters for what industry....be specific please. I know of some, but for example, specfically for IT.
@KCotreau I'm actually looking into... webpage / domain hosting kind. Or general backoffice system for subscription based web application. Thank you.

Sounds almost like you are looking for CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Have you investigated Salesforce?

This is more for IT-specific companies, but it seems to have a lot of the features you want: ConnectWise. Be warned, it is pretty expensive.
