In the "commit" tab of the TortoiseHG settings you can select a Username to associate with commits. This is an editable dropdown allowing you to enter a name, or select from a list of prior names.
How to I remove a person's name from the helpful dropdown?
The documentation does not address this and when I Google I just get results for removing people from changesets.
