I sort my emails in outlook by conversation thread. This is really handy and on thing that I like it that when falgging an email as a task, collapsing the conversation doesn't hide it.
Now that I have Oulook 2007, there is categories that are very good so I can categorize my emails. The big issue I have is that collapsing the conversation, the categories are collapsed as well so I cannot retreive them easily!
Would you please have a tip so I can collapse and have my categorized emails still uncollapsed / visible?
