I'm having a problem with wireless scanning.

  1. I have the latest HP software downloaded from http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?os=219&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&sw_lang=&product=3974279
  2. I followed the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
  3. Installation was finished successfully.
  4. Wireless scanning is not working.
