In my PC, I have grub installed to manage Ubuntu & Windows OSes.

Is there a way, that I can replace grub with Chameleon?

OR

Is there any alternate, something similar to Chameleon for Ubuntu/Linux?

P.S. The reason being Chameleon is aesthetically much appealing than grub or Windows bootloader.

Besides splash screening, there's not much you can do. My suggestion (as respectfully as I can put it) it to get over it - the research you're going to have to do to find something like this (many hours of Googling) is going to be much larger than the gain (<10 seconds). – new123456 Jul 27 '11 at 1:58
