I have a problem on a NTP Q-Book, which I think is an ARM Firstview PC706 mini-netbook, running Windows CE 6.0.

I have an USB UMTS surfstick with a German Tchibo SIM card, a Huawei E1550 which is one of the two sticks that run on this netbook.

I was able after a whole lot of work to get the stick recognized, and with the right connection data (*99# is the number, APN is "webmobil1", DNS 1/2: 62.134.11.4, 195.182.110.132) I could finally establish a connection.

However, the Internet Explorer on that Windows CE build is not connection, saying it can't display the page because of a server or DNS error.

If I do an ipconfig and ping, I do see that I have an IP (DHCP), and I do get ping from various servers back, so I really do have a connection. The DNS server is correct, but I can't get the IE or anything else to work.

So, anyone an idea? Is it a DNS problem, or could it be a Windows CE problem? If I connect to a wifi, the IE works.

Thank you!
