I've Motorola MC3090R having Windows CE 5 connected through cradle (Windows Mobile Device Center) with my laptop having Windows 7.

The problem is this that every time when i restart my laptop then WMDC (Windows Mobile Device Center) don't recognize my device, i tried all other usb ports but no result, so the solution which I am doing now is hard resetting my device and then connect again which is working fine (after that I've to deploy the whole application + sql ce + other files) but I know its not the final solution once I'll deploy it to the client.

Any idea what settings I am missing or any solution for this. By the way its just the WMDC problem or its also happens with Active Sync?
