I am having trouble connecting to a network share on Windows XP Professional via net use or entering a UNC path in the run dialog.
The Workstation service is running, however I get the following errors:
net use:
The Workstation service has not been started.

\\UNC\:
And a message box with the error:
The network is not present or not started.
I have tried restarting the Workstation Service, but nothing seems to be working. Any ideas?
