The title pretty much says it all. Is there a place where one can see the comparison between Google Docs Spreadsheets and MS Excel, or to be precise, to find out what MS Excel functions are not supported by Google Docs (I don't care about the opposite, just in this direction).

@random - Well, what about the Excel part? You don't expect a list of differences like this to be listed in Excel's help, do you? Where is one supposed to ask questions like this really? If I go to webapps., it'll get attacked because of Excel part; if I ask it here it's "attacked" because of Google part... – Rook Aug 10 '11 at 21:35
It's on topic for web apps, but the way it's asked is not something worth migrating. They close questions which are "show me a site that has this information". If you can edit the question to not be that, we can migrate a better quality over – random♦ Aug 10 '11 at 21:48
@random - Feel free to edit it, by all means, if you think you can make it better. I don't know how to put it better than this except by asking "name the differences between ...", which would be unreasonable. I don't know how this can be answered apart by reference to a site with that information. It is not something either Google or MS will list in their help files. – Rook Aug 10 '11 at 22:06

You can do a function comparison between them:

MS Excel - 337 functions

Google Spreadsheet - 314 functions

+1 definitely for the most useful links, but I think I'll skip on manually comparing them :) Don't think me lazy, though. It's not just the names (list of functions) - I was thinking as to is there any difference in behaviour of functions that have the same name. Differences one should be aware of (sometimes they are very subtle, but can cause problems)? – Rook Aug 10 '11 at 20:21
