I am building a website for a friend and I am using wordpress as CMS. Since we have don't have a designer, I want to use a quality wordpress theme.

What are the best places to find quality wordpress themes? (either free or a small fee up to 80 bucks)

a wordpress theme consists of diffrent php-files, like header.php, etc., clearly software, so my question was where is the best place to look for that software. So where should this migrate to? – mrsteve Aug 11 '11 at 23:34
