Is there any software through it you can detect which software installed on your PC you want to protect it against uninstall with password..??

Assuming Windows: Normal, non-administrator user accounts are not allowed to uninstall software on Windows.

Some things can be uninstalled, even with a non-administrator account. Here are 4 such apps: Google Chrome, Total Commander, VLC, Notepad++. – alex Aug 30 '09 at 7:30
