I'm looking for a CRM that will allow me to save/follow client equipment purchases, record the serial numbers, and track warranty periods. The CRM doesn't need to be too advanced as long as I can track serials and warranty info. Guess I should state that it's for a Windows system (cloud-based will work, too). Does anyone know if something like this exists?
